As Fire Safety Specialists, we focus predominantly around providing Fire Risk Assessments for businesses and providing fire safety advice. We are also willing to discuss bespoke fire safety services. We offer full consultation with every assessment, where customers can discuss the current service or any fire safety related queries they may have.

As well as a comprehensive assessment we also offer a months free advice period after receipt of the assessment to assist our clients with any findings from the report.
What's more, we have a highly experienced validation team who quality check each report for technical and clerical accuracy before the final product is sent out.
Our report writing software (created in-house by our skilled team) also sets us apart, which allows us to create detailed and professional documents efficiently, ensuring a fast turnover from site visit, to receipt of the finished report. It also gives us full creative freedom to allow us to make our templates the way we need, to fit each building or clients’ needs as required.

Cost
For cost of any of our services, an Enquiry will need to be made which will then be followed up with a phone call consultation to provide a quote.
As there are many different variables that can affect the amount of time a service will take to complete, it is not possible to provide an exact figure however, our sales team will take the necessary information about the job or portfolio and be able to provide a quote.
Considerations when determining what may affect the cost will involve such things as:
• Size of the building (footprint and number of floors).
• Premises use e.g. Hotel, Shop, Offices etc.
• Processes/risks present e.g. storage of volatile materials, naked flames etc.
• Types of occupants e.g. familiar, awake, high risk etc.
These are just some of our considerations and is not an exhaustive list.
Cost is not always based on the time taken, but also the level of risk and thus liability taken on by our Fire Risk Assessors.
Costs will always consider the minimum requirement of resources required to undertake the work and therefore there is a minimum cap on assessments of no less than £300.
